OUR POLICY REGARDING COVID-19:

 

If you are experiencing changes to your plans due to COVID-19 then this is our latest policy. In the unfortunate event you are wanting to cancel then we are encouraging customers to choose our 'indefinite postponement' offering. Being a small business, this is a way we can manage the challenges of this global pandemic while still honouring your booking with us. The offer includes moving your original booking to any date in the future at no extra cost and altering the payment schedule to suit. Your deposit is ‘non-refundable’ but if your wedding is unable to happen specifically due to COVID-19  then we will happily offer a full refund due to government guidelines.

 

SOCIALLY DISTANCED PHOTO BOOTHS? HOW DOES THAT WORK?

 

We have been putting some thought into this in order to make your experience just as fantastic. First of all, we hope that parties will fully return to their former glory and wondrousness and we can all jump in the photo booth together, swap props, hug our friend and have a jolly good time. However, if you choose to go ahead with a (just as jolly) smaller wedding or a socially distanced wedding then I will outline some precautions we can take:

 

-       Props will not have been used for at least 3 days before your event and thoroughly cleaned

-       We won’t bring any props with tricky materials that harbour germs

-       No props that you put on your face

-       Hand sanitiser station at the entrance to the booth

-       Recommend people who are in the booth to be from the same bubble or family

-       Clear signage to keep your guest safe and informed

-       Option of touch-free photo booth software. Simply wave at the booth to start the countdown.

-       There may be fewer props but no less fun! We will bring the fun and as always you will be delighted with your album of wonderful memories after your event.
